Prolemn-Timber produces and
delivers a wide range of sawn and processed softwood and hardwood
products. The quality of our timber is originated from the
very moment of forest harvesting where our foresters choose
the best logs for production.
Our technology consists of band-saws equipped
with hydraulic remote controlled log carriages, hydraulic log
edging machine,
multiple rip saws and an up-to-date sharpening unit that maintains
the quality of the products.
The factory has a pool for anti-sap treatment, steaming
chambers and kilns for drying. Thus, we have a drying capacity
of 22-25000 CBM
per annum.
The species we mainly use are Spruce and
Beech that accounts for more than 70% of the production. The
rest consists of
oak, poplar, lime and some others.
The products are used in the joinery, construction market.
Customers include a variety of industrial end users of
wood products as
well as timber merchants and importer-distributors.
Product range includes rough and semi-finished
sawn and processed wood products and components. Lately, focus
is
being given
on mass customized value added products, like planed,
finger jointed,
glued products. New product concept is being developed
in cooperation with customers.
